Meet the Team
Kristine McFadden grew up in Eastern Washington and graduated from Central Washington University. She has served in the senior living industry for 16 years and is very passionate about helping and educating families.
Kristine and her husband love to travel and have fulfilled volunteering missions such as building a church in China and working at an orphanage in the Philippines. She brings great passion and knowledge to our team at Queen Anne Manor.
Director of Sales and Marketing
Stacey Kneer, director of Sales and Marketing at Queen Anne Manor, brings nearly a decade of senior living experience to our community. She is passionate about working with seniors and loves helping residents and their families find the perfect place to call home.
Outside of work, you will find Stacey staying active – hiking, biking and kayaking. She has three adult children and two small dogs.
Resident Care Director
Jennifer Clancy joins us at Queen Anne Manor Senior Living as our resident care director. She brings with her both passion and expertise in nursing. After the loss of her father to Type 1 diabetes in 2008, she had a desire to learn more about physiology and disease processes. This naturally led to a career in nursing. As both a practical and registered nurse, Jennifer has worked with people of all ages in almost every setting.
Jennifer graduated from Bates Technical College in Tacoma, Wash., and Patrick Henry Community College, in Martinsville, Va., cum laude. Nursing is a commitment to lifelong learning, and she is actively continuing her education at the University of Washington.
Jennifer loves marine aquaria and has been blessed with the opportunity to live abroad in both Australia and Belize near the two largest reefs in the world! In her spare time, she speculates on real estate and flips the occasional property acting as her own general contractor.
Vibrant Life® Director
Meet Jess McEvoy, our Vibrant Life® director. Jess comes to us from Iowa after working for two years as a program specialist at a camp for people with varying abilities and interning prior to that with an adaptive outdoor recreation organization. She graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in recreational therapy and as a Certified Nonprofit Professional. Jess enjoys bringing zest into people’s lives in new and exciting ways. She is looking forward to getting to know and work with the residents doing activities they love.
Jess was born and raised in Iowa. She grew up on a farm with her two brothers where they raised beef cattle and harvested corn. She thoroughly values the small-town Iowa atmosphere; but after interning in Seattle, she fell in love with the city and appreciated all it had to offer. Upon leaving the Seattle area two years ago, she always said she’d move back someday. Well, that someday is now, and she is ecstatic to be back in the city she fell in love with! In her free time, Jess enjoys hiking, dancing in her kitchen while cooking, watching movies, and spending time with her friends and family.
Business Office Director
Kauionala (Kaui) Gleason, Business Office director at Queen Anne Manor, went to college in eastern Washington for orthotics and prosthetics, but spent the next nine years in information technology and operations. When the pandemic hit in 2020, Kaui realized she needed to do more to serve others and found a passion for working with seniors. After accepting a position at Queen Anne Manor, she moved to Seattle.
Kaui was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. She and her twin brother grew up in a military household with both parents in the medical field.
In her spare time, Kaui likes to take her dog swimming, boat and enjoy the outdoors. She hopes to continue to learn and grow within the community and leave a lasting imprint on everyone she meets.
Culinary Service Director
Chef Thomas joins Queen Anne Manor with over 35 years of experience as a Certified Executive Chef, 10 of which were spent in the senior living space. Outside of work, Chef Thomas and his wife like to travel. You can find them seeing the world through billiards or car shows, showing off their master-level pool skills and their 1929 Chevy Coupe, respectively.
