Kristine McFadden

Executive Director

Kristine McFadden grew up in Eastern Washington and graduated from Central Washington University. She has served in the senior living industry for 16 years and is very passionate about helping and educating families.

Kristine and her husband love to travel and have fulfilled volunteering missions such as building a church in China and working at an orphanage in the Philippines. She brings great passion and knowledge to our team at Queen Anne Manor.

Whitney Castillo

Vibrant Life® Director

Whitney Castillo serves as the Vibrant Life® director for the Queen Anne Manor team. Her creative, enthusiastic and empathetic spirit allows her to positively engage with the residents, encouraging them to participate in activities that will tap into their creativity and have fun in a safe environment. Whitney’s holistic approach is fundamental for the well-being of each individual as well as their families and loved ones. She loves creating a space that nurtures healthy relationships and a good time!

Whitney was born in Venezuela and moved to the United States eight years ago. She worked as a concierge, activities assistant and caregiver before transitioning to this new role of Vibrant Life® director. Whitney loves spending time in nature and exploring new cities. She hopes to one day create her own business and return to Venezuela.

Deontae Roberts

Generations Program Director

Deontae Roberts serves as the Generations Program director for Queen Anne Manor and has lived in Seattle most of his life. He began working in the senior living space when he was 15 and quickly realized how passionate he was about caring for seniors. Deontae has experience in all sides of senior care – he has worked as a cook, caregiver, medtech and now Generations Program director. Currently, Deontae is working toward his dream of being a nurse and also hopes to one day serve as an executive director. He has already received his Washington state administrator credentials!

In his free time, Deontae enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, hiking, snowboarding and going to the gym.

Marlene Williams

Director of Sales and Marketing

Marlene Williams is Queen Anne Manor’s director of Sales and Marketing. She has had the honor and privilege of helping seniors and their families for the past 19 years and couldn’t think of doing anything more fulfilling or meaningful in her work.

While she is originally from Torrance, Calif., Marlene has lived in Washington state most of her life. She is the mother of two daughters and a grandmother to a baby girl. Outside of work, she loves to be with her family, participating in and hosting karaoke with friends, walking her rescue Chihuahuas at the dog park, or watching her favorite movies.

Mary Ellen Rochelle, LPN

Resident Care Director

Mary Ellen Rochelle, Queen Anne Manor’s Resident Care director, has nearly 30 years of clinical experience in all settings, with her favorite being geriatrics. She holds a bachelor’s degree in health care administration and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in business administration.

Mary Ellen is a New Jersey native who lived most of her adult life in North Carolina and Florida before returning back to New Jersey. Recently, she moved across the country to be closer to her family and now calls Seattle home. In her free time, Mary Ellen loves to spend time with her family, doing anything outdoors, and exploring trails.

Kauionala Gleason

Business Office Director

Kauionala (Kaui) Gleason, Business Office director at Queen Anne Manor, went to college in eastern Washington for orthotics and prosthetics, but spent the next nine years in information technology and operations. When the pandemic hit in 2020, Kaui realized she needed to do more to serve others and found a passion for working with seniors. After accepting a position at Queen Anne Manor, she moved to Seattle. 

Kaui was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. She and her twin brother grew up in a military household with both parents in the medical field. 

In her spare time, Kaui likes to take her dog swimming, boat and enjoy the outdoors. She hopes to continue to learn and grow within the community and leave a lasting imprint on everyone she meets.

Ness Oulmi

Culinary Service Director

Ness Oulmi comes to Queen Anne Manor with 15 years of experience cooking and baking in retirement and assisted living communities in the Seattle area. Residents and guests love everything she makes, from Moroccan dishes to bistro fare, to comfort foods, to homemade breads and pastries. Ness is known for her abilities, her integrity and her caring manner.

Ness is married and a mother of three. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her family at the beach, hiking, or hanging out at home watching a movie or a Seahawks game.

Qween Gipson

Generations Program Director

Qween Gipson, our Generations program director, is a certified Dementia Care Specialist, a health unit coordinator and a home health aide with over 25 years of experience. She is a veteran of the United States Air Force, and recently returned from living in Europe for 12 years working for the Department of Defense as a youth and pre-teen programmer and kindergarten teacher. Qween is passionate about enriching the lives of others and loves traveling and hearing about the adventures her residents have had. Her motto is “What you think about, you bring about.” Outside of work, Qween is a mother of three and a grandmother of two, and enjoys celebrity/event photography, entertainment management, singing, dancing, and hair modeling.
