Meet the Team
Meet our new executive director, Landon Hale! He comes to Queen Anne Manor with a diverse background and years of experience. Landon has always gravitated toward helping others, including participating in mission trips and working with troubled youth. While in college, Landon worked as a physical therapy tech for a local hospital, where he had the opportunity to run a community wellness group with a focus on combating Parkinson’s disease. His experiences combating Parkinson’s led him to a passion for helping seniors. He is thrilled to be able to join the Queen Anne Manor family and to share his joy for improving the lives of others.
Director of Sales and Marketing
As a career sales and customer service professional, Ron Wolswijk has enjoyed over 20 years of involvement in the sales and customer service field. Ron was born and raised in the Netherlands and started working there after graduating with a business and administration degree. Ron started working in his dad’s family-run auto-tire shop, but quickly changed his career toward jobs in the insurance industry. His current experience and leadership skills were shaped by operating in several areas, including in and outside sales, customer service, claims, and business development positions. After meeting his beautiful spouse Kristi – who was born and raised in Seattle – during a backpacking trip in Costa Rica, he decided in 2001 to immigrate to the United States. Ron has been a U.S. citizen since 2010, and he and Kristi have been married for 19 years. Kristi is a speech pathologist and is the CEO of Access Speech and Language Therapy clinic in downtown Renton. After relocating to the Pacific Northwest, Ron worked as a direct insurance agent at a local insurer, PEMCO insurance. He worked there for nine years and operated as its direct and independent insurance agent. After nine years with PEMCO, he sold the personal-lines book of business to a sizeable local broker and continued to work in the health care, communication and private in-home care industry. Ron’s primary positions over the past 10 years have been account executive. In his last two positions, Ron discovered a passion for working with seniors, and he has been serving the elderly population for the past three years. Ron enjoys working as the new director of Sales and Marketing at Queen Anne Manor.
Ron and Kristi are the proud parents of two amazing boys: Caleb, age 16, and Dylan, age 14. The family enjoys watching soccer games, eating out, and going on vacations in and outside the Seattle area. They support all our Seattle sports teams, including the Seattle Sounders and Seahawks, and Ron’s coaching a high school soccer team at Southlake Select in Renton.
